Levon Thomas signs a free agent deal with the Indy Colts.

The other offensive players are guard Jason Russell of Central Arkansas and tackle Lou Lombardo of Maryland; wide receivers Davon Fowlkes of Appalachian State, Levon Thomas of Georgia Tech and Kerry Wright of Middle Tennessee State; and tight ends Joey Hawkins of Texas Tech and Tory Humphrey of Central Michigan.
