...by the mutts at Turner Field 11-8. Not a great outing for the pitchers. The story of the night for Jacket fans was Wes Hodges returning to the site to play against the team he face a year ago where his season was ended with a beanball. Hodges went 3-4 with a grand slam, scored 2 runs, knocked in 4......... Although 24,750 paid, only 14,398 showed up, mostly due to the rain-postponement. But the money went to charity, so the paying customers is what matters most..... Disappointing outcome, but I'll take a regular season loss if it means beating them in the postseason when it counts (if that happens).
