Avoiding Deja Vu All Over AGain

The Jackets wrapped up the ATL regional with a nice 8-4 win over Vandy. Now they're back in a familiar place - hosting a super-regional, this time against College of Charleston. The star of the series was clearly Matt Wieters. They guy stepped up to the plate 15 times in the regionals and got on base 14 times. Are you kidding me? That includes a pair of key HR blasts in the championship game. This from Vandy's head coach:

"He's like a pro hitter," Vanderbilt coach Tim Corbin said. "He is not going to chase and when he gets his pitch, he is going to do something with it. ... That kid is a Major Leaguer."

So, will the Jackets come through and head to Omaha? Will they break super-regional jinx? Well, they're in position to do it, and that's step #1.

LET'S GO JACKETS!!!!!
