The NFL Supplemental Draft

Well, Tony Hollings got his ticket to the dance through the NFL's supplemental draft and here he get's brief mention:

The league's 28th supplemental draft is scheduled to be held Tuesday and usually receives little fanfare as only one or two players are picked. The supplemental draft is generally for players who failed to file for entry to the NFL Draft, or since that time have been declared ineligible to play collegiately. Last year, the Texans used a second-round pick on Georgia Tech running back Tony Hollings.

Don't expect to hear much from the supplemental draft this year. In a sign of how the draft is downplayed, the NFL doesn't even release names of players eligible to be selected.
