Well, multiple sources are reporting that DJ Donley has chosen the Jackets:
WR D.J. Donley (6-5 200) of Folkston, GA has committed to Georgia Tech according to his coach Rich McWhorter. Donley committed to Tech about a week ago shortly after returning from a camp at Georgia according to his coach. Donley also strongly considered USC and Florida.

The AJC is reporting sort of the same thing, but basically saying he'll make his announcement Sunday. And this in that article as well:
Speaking of recruiting, Jacksonville defensive end Jacoby Monroe, who committed this week to the Jackets, said he's trying to persuade Jacksonville defensive lineman DeAngelo McCray, who's committed to Florida in the spring, into picking Tech instead.
McCray, ranked No. 43 nationally regardless of position, No. 7 overall in Florida and the nation's No. 4 defensive end by Rivals.com, is also friends with Mario Butler, a defensive back who's already committed to Tech. McCray may visit Tech soon. "I'm trying to get him to think about it," Monroe said.
