Price, a four-time NBA All-Star, grew up in Enid and was named Oklahoma's high school player of the year in 1982. After playing at Georgia Tech, he averaged 15.2 points and 6.7 assists over a 12-year NBA career and set the league's career free-throw shooting record by making 90.4 percent of his foul shots.
