... in the 3rd inning with the Jackets up 3-1. Play will resume Saturday afternoon.......... In other good news, Clemson leads Miami 6-2 in the 6th inning. Clemson was the first team to EVER beat that Miami pitcher (forgot his name) - they wre 30-0 when he pitched going into Thursday night....... One other note - during the game the other night a guy from BaseballAmerica was on the broadcast. Evidently he was fairly harsh on Danny Hall, ripping into the lack of post-seasons success. He went so far as to say that for such an elite team, we are the most under-acheiving program in the nation. Also mentioned that his publication has looked bad by ranking the Jackets higher than other's. Now, truthfully, he's not that off-track. Post-season success has been a very difficult challenge for the Jackets, no doubt......
