gt golf wins honors

Nice going to the GT Golf team and to Nicholas Thompson:

Georgia Tech’s Nicholas Thompson beat out Texas’ Matthew Rosenfeld in a sudden death playoff to take top medalist honors. He put himself in good company, joining the other two former Tech golfers that have won this tournament. Tech’s David Duval won in 1991, and Matt Kuchar won in 1999.

The GT team made it to the final match but was beaten by Ok.St.
