New BCS Structure Approved

Well, now there will be a 5th bowl game, one that happens a week after the other 4 BCS games. It will played at the same venue as one of the other 4 bowls and will rotate. Story here. Sounds like a possible improvement but I'm sure the committee will find some way to screw it up. Just give it time.
