Congrats Durant! You deserve all the accolades. You will be missed next year. I am thankful to have been at Bobby Dodd on the afternoon of November the 17th to have witness the 73 yard punt against UNC that kept us in the game.Wes Durham described it as "That my freinds was a howitzer!" followed by that contagious laugh of he and Van Note.
Thanks again DB!

Definately will be missed. It's going to be a while before we get a howitzer like that on the flats again. Best wishes tonight at the awards!

I stand corrected. That was a 76 yard punt against UNC. Sorry DB! You put the "special" in special teams.

What's sad about rooting for one of our key special teams guys to get a national award?

I think its fantastic. That would make 2 years in a row, one of our skill players got a national individual recognition. Are there any schools in the country besides the 2 heismans at USC who can say that over the last 5 seasons?

We're with ya Durant!

Make no mistake, punters are important. This guy could totally change field position with one booming kick. Congrats on the award and I hope to see him kicking on Sundays before long.
