Travis Bell Named Freshman All-American

For his outstanding season he was named to the freshman all-american team by The Football Writers Association of America and Scripps. Congrats to Travis!!! My only question - are there really 2 freshman wide receivers better than Calvin Johnson? Maybe Dwayne Jarrett at USC, but not Todd Blythe. No way. NOBODY had a highlight reel like CJ and I bet if you calculated the percentage of catches for balls thrown their way, Calvin has the highest percentage - a pure guess.


Anyhow, congrats to Travis on an outstanding season. It's only the beginning. Heck, maybe you'll even get a scholarship now.
