Recruiting - Football

Offensive lineman Trey Dunmom enjoyed his visit to GT, and decided that he made the right choice to pick GT........Tight End Colin Peek will visit Duke before making his final decision........QB Jonathan Garner will make his choice on Tuesday between GT/ Louisville. GT should have an edge with playing time.......... Here are some more notes about GT recruiting from the Macon Telegraph.......... Note from that article that AJ Smith has moved from the defensive line to the offensive line. Smith is a physical monster at 6'7" and it appears that Coach Gailey is considering moving Mansfield Wrotto to the offensive side of the line as well. Interesting stuff for sure..... This article on college coaches combing the local area for recruits....

Hardesty's top blocker, offensive lineman Julian Williams, has also been a hot prospect on just about every national recruiting database. The 6-foot-4, 291-pounder has offers from many of the same schools, with N.C. State, East Carolina, Notre Dame and Tennessee heading the list. Lately, however, Georgia Tech has entered the fray.
