Football Fix

DANIELS DEFINITELY OUT FOR GAME
Crap, crap, crap.

GAILEY NOT OVERLY WELCOMING
Funny comment from Coach:

''A published report out of Florida was saying that Miami has never really tasted an ACC game on the road before [other than Florida State] and you get that distinction of being host to the Hurricanes,'' a reporter said to Gailey this week. ''Anything you as a coach or staff or the university itself doing to make sure they get a warm and typical Yellow Jacket welcome?''

''I don't think so,'' Gailey said. ''I think we're going to treat Miami just like we treat every other opponent that walks in here. Our [people] do a great job of hosting, of making sure they have what they need, but we try not to fall over backwards to make sure they're comfortable.''

WHERE ARE THEY NOW - DEXTER STALLWORTH
On the former GT WR:
The Tornados also have three dangerous wide receivers, led by veteran minor league star Dexter Stallworth. The Raiders faced Stallworth many times when he played for the Kokomo (Ind.) Mustangs of the Mid-Continental Football League. The former Georgia Tech player has caught 21 passes for 405 yards and five touchdowns.

HESTER ENJOYING HAPPY "RETURNS"
Well, my friend Bryan says this team will be decided on special teams, partcularly our ability to keep return yardage to a minimum. This kid for Miami is averaging 47.5 yards / return, leading the nation. And I cringe everytime the opponent catches a kick-off.

OFFENSE ON ALERT
