College transfers - comments on Will Bynum

Found this blurb re: too much talent and how bad things can impact good teams:

Bad chemistry. Too much talent is an enviable problem to have -- but it can still be a problem. Players don't just sulk anymore when they don't get playing time. They transfer. Most of the time, they do it in December so they can get an early start on the year they'll have to sit out. That's what happened at Arizona, when sophomore guard Will Bynum left for Georgia Tech and sophomore forward Dennis Latimore transferred to Notre Dame. Those defections shrunk Arizona's rotation from 10 players to eight, and they made the 'Cats a tad less invincible.
