Tech Football moves up in the polls

USA Today / Coaches Poll - #39 (were #43 last week)
CBS Sportsline "117" - #31 (were #67 last week - can you say "oversight")
Sagarin Ranking - #32 (#4 strength of schedule)
Congrove Computer Ranking - #48 (#56 last week - shows #3 in strength of schedule)
AP - not listed (what do a bunch of sportwriters know anyhow?)

Now, if we can just get the top 40 teams to all lose.....and if we win out.......and hell freezes over......national championship here we come. Ok, so Tech fans tend to set their sites high. Hey, considering many of the "smart" prognosticators picked Tech in the cellar, so far we have to consider this quite a successful season. Take the Clemson embarrassment away and we are showing real character.
