Editorial on ACC Expansion

Obviously there are a lot of opinions about expansion. Here's another article saying the BC addition is ALL about basketball, since the Miami and VaTech additions were all about football. I can't say BC fits well geographically but "it is what it is". Now, let's just wait and see "what it is".
