Boston College to be invited to join ACC on Sunday???

Rmors are that there will be a conference call of ACC presidents Sunday for the sole purpose of voting on inviting Boston College into the ACC. If it is a yet vote, then BC is expected to immediately say yes. Or are we due for another bumble-%$&#??? What's it going to be Duke, UNC, UVA??? Going to make the conference look foolish again?
