Tragedy on GA 400

Former GT track star Linda Lisska McJunkin evidently got on highway GA 400 going the wrong way and tragedy followed, as two young men were killed in a crash. Link here.

McJunkin won the Atlantic Coast Conference indoor 3,000 meters in 1999 while attending Georgia Tech. Five years earlier, she had participated in the torch relay of the 1994 Winter Olympics in Norway and toured the White House with an Olympic delegation.

What a terrible accident.
