Recruiting Update - Jeremis Smith

Smith's Dunbar team won the Whataburger Tournament for the 3rd year in a row. Our man Jeremis was the tourney MVP, even though he fouled out of the final game with 7 minutes to play. Even without that he ended with 19 points, 9 boards in 3 quarters. Here's the recap. Here is another re-cap. This article doesn't mention Smith fouling out but said he was on the bench with injuries. I will see if I can find out more.

To get to the finals they had to beat some other teams. In the previous game, Smith had 29 points, including a number of mid-range jumpers. Here is a re-cap of that game. Here is another re-cap.
