An idea to compensate for early NBA departures

.....interesting idea.....If the NBA takes a freshman college star, they pay the school $1,000,000.....if they take a sophomore star $750,000....if they take a junior star $500,000....etc. Sounds interesting but the NBA won't have it. Also, sounds like another way for the schools to benefit while the kids get nothing.
