Athens reporter talks Tech

I thought this was going to be a biased story from an Athens paper, using GT's 6-6 record as a slam to bowls. But he's right, and he also gives major props to the hoops team

Quotes on football:
"I don't mean to pick on Georgia Tech, but why are the Yellow Jackets (6-6) going to play in a bowl game in Boise, Idaho? Wonder how many fans will make that trip? Isn't a reward for a bowl game a trip to a nice, warm sunny place, like Florida?"

Quotes on hoops:
"We can tweak in basketball, too. Why is Connecticut ranked No. 2 in the polls, but Georgia Tech comes in 10th? The Yellow Jackets crushed UConn 77-61. They have a better team, let the rankings reflect it. Tech beat the Huskies while they were No. 1 in the ratings. I would, at this stage, put Tech in the Top 5, and the Huskies somewhere in the second 10. Tech has been unreal. The Jackets lose Chris Bosh to the pros, yet they appear to be a better team. Go figure."
