Reggie Ball wins Rookie of the week - for the 3rd time

Reggie Ball won Rookie of the week again for his work at the NC St. game. Also, Jonathon Smith was named ACC Offensive back of the week. Great individual performances. We will need more of the same this week against Wake Forest.
